Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
ResumeForge is published by Vikas Pal, an independent developer. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ResumeForge on devices you own or control. You may not resell the app, reverse-engineer it, or redistribute its templates as a competing product.
Your content
Everything you write in the app remains yours. We claim no ownership over your resume content. It is stored only on your own device — we never receive it, so we cannot use it to train models or share it with anyone. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in your resume, and for keeping your own backups, since uninstalling the app deletes its local data permanently.
Acceptable use
Do not use ResumeForge to create fraudulent credentials, impersonate another person, or produce material that is unlawful. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the app is being misused in this way.
Cost and advertising
ResumeForge is free to download and use. It is funded by advertising served through Google AdMob. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep ResumeForge working and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn as the app develops.
No warranty
ResumeForge is provided "as is". We make no promise that using it will result in a job offer, an interview, or that any particular employer's software will parse your resume in a given way.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost opportunities or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
